Responsibilities
- Maintain park grounds including mowing, pruning, and litter removal
- Inspect and repair playground equipment, benches, and pathways
- Assist with event setup and breakdown for community activities
- Operate light machinery (mowers, trimmers) safely
- Enforce park rules and provide visitor assistance
- Report maintenance needs and safety hazards promptly
- Collaborate with team members on daily park operations
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid US work authorization
- Ability to perform physical labor in tropical conditions (heat, humidity)
- Strong attention to detail and safety-conscious mindset
- Basic knowledge of landscaping tools and equipment preferred
- Excellent communication skills for public interaction
- Flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed
- Valid driver's license (Class 3 or equivalent)
- Pass background check and drug screening
