Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college coursework preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks under pressure
- Basic knowledge of DMV processes or willingness to complete training
- Valid California driver's license
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) certification a plus
