Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience
- Ability to operate provided computer systems and office equipment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- New Mexico driver's license (or ability to obtain within 30 days)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
