- Maintain accurate records in the provided digital database systems.
- Assist customers with navigating the DMV process and explaining complex procedures simply.
- Collaborate with team members to reduce wait times and improve lobby flow.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Previous experience in customer service, retail, or government services is preferred.
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and data entry (10-key) is essential.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
- Valid driver's license is preferred.
