Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional in-person customer service for DMV transactions including license renewals, title transfers, and ID applications
- Process payments, verify documentation, and maintain accurate records using state-of-the-art systems
- Resolve customer inquiries efficiently while maintaining compliance with Kentucky state regulations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless office operations and queue management
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated on policy changes and service protocols
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in fast-paced environments
- Proficiency with computer systems and data entry applications
- Strong communication skills with ability to explain complex processes clearly
- Ability to multitask while maintaining accuracy under pressure
- Valid Kentucky driver's license with clean driving record
- Background check and drug screen required
