We are looking for individuals who are patient, detail-oriented, and ready to help Nevadans with their driver's license and vehicle registration needs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with their inquiries regarding driver's licenses, vehicle titles, and registrations.
- Process transactions accurately using DMV software and automated systems.
- Verify the validity of documents and ensure all forms are completed correctly.
- Answer phone calls and manage correspondence in a timely manner.
- Resolve customer complaints professionally and escalate issues to supervisors when necessary.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all departmental safety protocols.
- Assist in training new staff members and participate in regular team meetings.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic computer proficiency and typing skills (40+ wpm).
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle high volumes of foot traffic.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
