Responsibilities
- Provide in-person and telephonic citizen assistance for municipal services on weekends
- Process permit applications, utility payments, and public program registrations
- Document service interactions using municipal CRM systems with precision
- Collaborate with weekday teams for seamless service continuity
- Support emergency response coordination during weekend operations
- Maintain strict confidentiality and security protocols for sensitive data
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year customer service experience in government or regulated industry
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and municipal software systems
- Valid Texas driver's license and reliable transportation
- Bilingual fluency in English/Spanish (required)
- Ability to work flexible weekends including holidays
- Successful background clearance and drug screening
