Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers warmly, providing clear guidance on DMV procedures and document requirements.
- Process high-volume transactions such as license renewals, vehicle registrations, and title transfers efficiently.
- Verify documentation for accuracy and ensure all fees are collected correctly.
- Answer complex inquiries regarding traffic laws, driving records, and appointment scheduling.
- Maintain precise records in the state database and prepare daily reports.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline service flow and reduce wait times.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of customer service experience in a high-volume environment.
- Strong computer literacy and typing skills (40+ WPM).
- Knowledge of DMV processes or government regulations is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on conflict resolution.
- Ability to pass a background check, drug screening, and physical agility assessment.
