Responsibilities
- Receive and direct incoming calls and visitors in a professional manner.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain updated electronic databases and filing systems.
- Prepare, compile, and distribute correspondence, reports, and memos.
- Assist in the processing of invoices and purchase orders.
- Support staff with scheduling appointments and managing calendars.
- Ensure compliance with all state privacy and security policies.
- Handle routine office supplies management and equipment maintenance.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Previous office or customer service experience is a plus, but not required for entry-level applicants.

- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
