Responsibilities
- Greet and direct visitors and callers in a professional and courteous manner.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, data entry, and photocopying documents.
- Assist the administrative team with scheduling and maintaining calendars.
- Prepare and distribute internal memos, reports, and correspondence.
- Sort and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Support special events and community outreach programs as needed.
- Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for department records.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email) is preferred.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Reliable transportation is required for this position.
