Responsibilities
- Process incoming mail, faxes, and electronic correspondence in a timely and accurate manner.
- Prepare, copy, and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents as requested.
- Answer phones and greet visitors, providing exceptional customer service and directing inquiries appropriately.
- Update and maintain electronic and physical filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Assist in data entry tasks, ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive records.
- Perform general clerical duties, including scanning, shredding, and photocopying.
- Support department staff with special projects and ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work effectively.
- Valid Ohio driver's license may be required depending on department assignment.
