Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and answering multi-line telephone systems.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail, ensuring accurate distribution and documentation.
- Assist visitors and veterans by answering inquiries and directing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems to ensure easy retrieval of records.
- Prepare routine reports and correspondence using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Qualifications
