Responsibilities
- Reception Duties: Greet visitors and answer multi-line telephones in a professional and courteous manner.
- Data Management: Perform general filing, data entry, and maintain accurate departmental records.
- Communication: Assist the public with inquiries via phone, email, or in-person, directing them to the appropriate resources.
- Office Operations: Process and distribute incoming mail and interoffice correspondence efficiently.
- Support: Provide administrative support to department supervisors and staff as needed.
- Equipment: Operate standard office equipment, including computers, printers, and scanners.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Experience: No prior experience required. We value attitude and willingness to learn.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency and typing skills are preferred.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Interpersonal: Ability to interact positively with a diverse population and work collaboratively in a team setting.
