- Assist with data entry and verification of veteran records
- Respond to informational inquiries via phone and email
- Prepare routine correspondence and reports
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on veteran outreach initiatives
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal employment)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
