Responsibilities
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages to department staff.
- Answer incoming phone calls, screen visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate personnel.
- Perform general data entry and update electronic records with accuracy.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure information is easily retrievable.
- Prepare basic reports, memos, and correspondence using office software.
- Assist in coordinating office events and maintaining a clean, professional workspace.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma (GED) required.
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Reliable transportation and a valid Oklahoma driverβs license preferred.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
