Responsibilities
- Customer Support: Receive and direct incoming calls and inquiries from the public with a professional, friendly, and patient demeanor.
- Administrative Assistance: Perform general clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, scanning documents, and data entry with a high degree of accuracy.
- Information Dissemination: Assist visitors in the office by answering questions regarding agency services and providing clear, accurate information.
- Record Management: Maintain organized filing systems for both physical and electronic records in compliance with state regulations.
- Process Support: Process incoming applications, forms, and correspondence efficiently and ensure proper documentation.
- Office Operations: Monitor office supply levels and assist in maintaining a clean and organized work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Experience: No prior professional experience is necessary. We welcome candidates with or without experience who are willing to learn.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for interacting with the public and staff.
- Reliability: Ability to punctually attend work and demonstrate dependability in a professional setting.
- Eligibility: Must be a U.S. Citizen or eligible to work in the United States.
