Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and photocopying.
- Manage and organize incoming and outgoing correspondence and mail.
- Assist in the preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and travel arrangements.
- Update and maintain departmental databases and filing systems with high accuracy.
- Screen and direct phone calls and visitors to appropriate personnel.
- Prepare routine reports and statistical data for management review.
- Support the team with special projects and administrative tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Background Check: Ability to pass a federal background investigation and security clearance process.
