Responsibilities
- Manage high-volume incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, ensuring accurate routing to the appropriate departments.
- Prepare, organize, and file official government documents, contracts, and correspondence with strict adherence to federal regulations.
- Assist in the digitization of legacy records and maintain up-to-date electronic databases for internal use.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings for agency leadership, including travel arrangements and conference room bookings.
- Perform routine data entry tasks and generate standard reports for management review.
- Support the procurement department with basic supply chain documentation and inventory tracking.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident eligible for U.S. Government employment.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus.
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Basic computer proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is essential.
- Attributes: Strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
