Responsibilities
- Process and verify veterans' benefit applications with accuracy and timeliness
- Manage digital records and maintain confidential veteran databases
- Coordinate communications between veterans, VA offices, and external partners
- Support outreach initiatives for veteran services and program awareness
- Assist in preparing reports and documentation for compliance reviews
- Provide responsive customer service to veterans and their families
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on process improvements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong attention to detail and data accuracy skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
