Responsibilities
- Process and maintain confidential veteran records with strict adherence to federal regulations
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans via phone, email, and in-person inquiries
- Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and document preparation for veteran benefit programs
- Support data entry and record-keeping using VA-specific systems and Microsoft Office Suite
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Participate in ongoing training to master federal protocols and VA procedures
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass federal background check and drug screening
- Basic knowledge of veteran benefits systems (training provided)
