Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit applications with attention to accuracy and compliance
- Manage digital records and maintain confidential case files
- Coordinate communications between veterans, families, and agency partners

Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Associate's degree or 2 years relevant administrative experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to pass federal background check
- Detail-oriented with organizational aptitude
- Basic understanding of federal privacy laws (HIPAA, FERPA)
