Responsibilities
- Process and maintain veteran benefit applications with precision and confidentiality
- Provide exceptional customer service to veterans and their families via phone, email, and in-person
- Update and manage electronic records using VA systems and databases
- Coordinate administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence
- Assist with outreach programs and community engagement initiatives
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
