Responsibilities
- Manage office operations including correspondence, scheduling, and record maintenance in compliance with federal regulations
- Process administrative documents with precision, ensuring adherence to government protocols and data integrity
- Support cross-functional teams through document preparation, meeting coordination, and logistical arrangements
- Utilize federal systems (e.g., GSA Advantage, SAM.gov) for procurement, inventory, and reporting functions
- Provide frontline customer service to internal and external stakeholders regarding agency programs
- Assist in budget tracking and expense reconciliation within federal guidelines

Qualifications
