Responsibilities
- Analyze complex economic data and trends to inform policy recommendations
- Collaborate with state agencies, legislators, and stakeholders on legislative initiatives
- Develop comprehensive policy briefs and impact assessments
- Manage grant programs supporting economic development projects
- Present findings to executive leadership and public forums
- Monitor federal regulations affecting Tennessee's economy
- Lead cross-functional teams on special projects
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of policy analysis or government experience
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI)
- Deep understanding of Tennessee's economic landscape
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders
- Experience with federal grant administration processes
