Responsibilities
- Assist in the intake, organization, and data entry of federal applications and documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to federal applicants and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive government records and personal data in compliance with federal regulations.
- Perform routine audits of filing systems to ensure accuracy and accessibility.
- Support senior staff with research, report generation, and administrative logistics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline federal processing workflows.
- Attend mandatory government training sessions to maintain security clearance requirements.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen to apply for federal positions.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and data entry software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Detail Oriented: Ability to maintain high levels of accuracy in repetitive tasks.
