Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and photocopying documents.
- Maintain accurate and organized records of departmental files and correspondence.
- Answer multi-line telephone systems and direct incoming calls to appropriate personnel.
- Sort, distribute, and process incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, memos, and other administrative documents.
- Provide customer service support to visitors and staff in a professional manner.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
- U.S. Citizenship is mandatory for this federal position.
- Ability to pass a mandatory background investigation and drug screening.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
