Responsibilities
- General Office Support: Perform a variety of clerical duties including filing, copying, and data entry to maintain organized records.
- Visitor Reception: Greet visitors, answer multi-line telephones, and direct inquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Document Management: Sort and distribute incoming mail, prepare outgoing correspondence, and manage internal documents.

Qualifications
