Responsibilities
- Process and verify veteran benefit applications using VA-specific software systems
- Provide accurate information to veterans and their families regarding benefit eligibility
- Maintain confidential case files and digital documentation in compliance with federal regulations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve benefit inquiries
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives through data analysis and feedback
- Participate in mandatory training programs to develop technical and policy knowledge
- Support outreach events to connect veterans with available services
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain federal security clearance
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in documentation
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Willingness to complete 4-week paid onboarding training program
