Responsibilities
- Assist in the planning, development, and implementation of IT systems and network infrastructure to support federal operations.
- Conduct data entry and analysis to maintain accurate records and generate reports for management review.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware and software issues in a federal office environment.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to streamline administrative processes and improve operational efficiency.

Qualifications
- U.S. Citizenship is required for most federal positions.

- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and computer operations.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
