Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1-2 support for federal hardware and software systems.
- Assist in the maintenance and troubleshooting of local area networks (LAN) and wide area networks (WAN).
- Monitor system performance and perform routine security audits in compliance with federal regulations.
- Document technical issues, resolutions, and user interactions in the centralized database.
- Collaborate with senior analysts to implement new software updates and security patches.
- Conduct training sessions for staff on new technology and security protocols.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED; Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows/Linux), and network fundamentals.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with diverse stakeholders.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen and willing to undergo a background investigation and obtain a Public Trust security clearance.
- Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
