Responsibilities
- Perform routine administrative and clerical tasks to support daily federal operations and agency functions.
- Assist senior staff members with accurate data entry, document preparation, and record keeping.
- Conduct research and compile statistical data to assist in the preparation of reports and briefings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to all federal regulations, compliance standards, and security protocols.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure information is disseminated accurately.
- Monitor office supplies and inventory, placing orders as necessary to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications
- Citizenship: U.S. Citizenship is required for this federal position.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor's degree preferred for higher grade levels).
- Skills: Strong attention to detail with the ability to spot errors in data and documentation.
- Technical: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Clearance: Ability to pass a background investigation and obtain a government security clearance.
