Responsibilities
- Administrative Support: Perform general clerical duties including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records for federal agencies.
- Customer Service: Assist constituents and visitors by answering phones, responding to inquiries, and directing calls to the appropriate departments.
- Compliance Assistance: Help ensure all federal documents and procedures adhere to current regulations and agency policies.
- Office Operations: Support the daily operations of the federal office, including greeting guests, managing mail, and coordinating schedules.

Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred but not mandatory.
- Citizenship: Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to pass a standard background check.
- Experience: No prior experience necessary; we provide on-the-job training.
- Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong typing skills.
