Responsibilities
- Analyze veteran benefit program data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Prepare concise reports and presentations for senior leadership
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement program initiatives
- Research federal regulations and compliance requirements
- Support stakeholder engagement with veteran service organizations
- Track program performance metrics using federal systems
- Assist in developing program evaluation frameworks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Political Science, or related field
- Strong analytical and quantitative reasoning abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- Ability to obtain and maintain federal security clearance
- U.S. citizenship required
- Basic knowledge of federal grant processes preferred
- Experience with data visualization tools a plus
