Responsibilities
- Support program managers with administrative tasks including scheduling, documentation, and correspondence
- Assist in tracking program metrics and preparing progress reports for senior leadership
- Coordinate meetings, conferences, and training sessions with internal and external stakeholders
- Manage digital filing systems and ensure compliance with federal record-keeping regulations
- Conduct preliminary research and analysis on policy topics relevant to HHS initiatives
- Facilitate communication between program teams and partner agencies
- Support grant application processes and compliance monitoring
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship (required for federal employment)
- Associate's degree or higher in Public Administration, Business, or related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Basic understanding of federal procurement processes (preferred)
- Valid U.S. driver's license (may be required for agency travel)
