Responsibilities
- Support veterans' benefit program implementation and compliance monitoring
- Coordinate cross-agency communications with healthcare providers and community partners
- Analyze program data to identify service gaps and improvement opportunities
- Assist in preparing federal reports and maintaining documentation in accordance with VA regulations
- Respond to veteran inquiries via phone, email, and in-person channels
- Participate in outreach events to promote veteran resources and services
Qualifications
- U.S. citizenship required
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Business, or related field
- Basic knowledge of federal procurement regulations (FAR/DFARS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to obtain and maintain a government security clearance
- Experience with case management systems preferred
