Responsibilities
- Support veterans benefits administration through data entry, case file management, and eligibility verification
- Assist with program compliance reviews and regulatory documentation
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to resolve veteran inquiries and service requests
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives for veterans services delivery
- Maintain accurate records in federal databases following VA protocols
- Support outreach programs for underserved veteran communities
- Participate in cross-functional team meetings and training sessions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
