Responsibilities
- Process veteran benefit claims with accuracy and timeliness
- Coordinate with healthcare providers and veteran families
- Maintain confidential records using VA systems
- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues
- Participate in continuous training programs
- Support outreach initiatives for underserved veterans
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
