Key Duties:
As an Entry Level Federal Support Specialist, you will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks essential to our operations.
Responsibilities
- Process and verify incoming federal documentation and applications with high accuracy.
- Assist senior staff with data entry, record management, and report generation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to citizens inquiring about federal programs and policies.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal regulations, privacy laws, and security protocols.
- Organize and maintain filing systems for both physical and electronic records.
- Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative workflows.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be a U.S. Citizen (Federal employment requirement).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
