Responsibilities
- Perform general clerical duties such as filing, data entry, and copying documents with high accuracy.
- Greet visitors and answer incoming telephone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Assist in maintaining accurate and organized filing systems for departmental records.
- Prepare, sort, and distribute internal and external correspondence, reports, and mail.

Qualifications
