Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department staff including scheduling, data entry, and document management
- Assist with public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Prepare, format, and distribute official correspondence and reports

- Coordinate meetings, events, and travel arrangements for department staff

Qualifications
