Responsibilities
- Support departmental operations through document processing, filing, and record management
- Assist with constituent inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate departmental databases
- Prepare routine reports, correspondence, and official communications
- Coordinate meeting logistics and scheduling for departmental staff
- Support procurement processes and inventory management tasks
- Adhere to all city policies, procedures, and confidentiality requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; associate's degree preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- U.S. citizenship and ability to pass background check
- Basic knowledge of public sector operations (training provided)
- Valid Colorado driver's license may be required for some positions
