- Maintain accurate records of project milestones and regulatory compliance documentation.
- Coordinate with internal teams to streamline administrative processes and reporting.
- Monitor emerging trends in urban planning to recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Political Science, Urban Planning, or a related field (equivalent experience is accepted).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be a U.S. citizen or possess the legal right to work in the United States.
- Willingness to obtain a Washington State driver’s license as required.
