Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to department heads including document processing, data entry, and record maintenance
- Assist with public inquiries via phone, email, and in-person interactions
- Support community outreach initiatives by coordinating events and distributing informational materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on special projects and policy research
- Maintain accurate departmental databases and filing systems
- Participate in mandatory training programs to develop government-specific knowledge
- Assist with scheduling, meeting coordination, and logistical arrangements
Qualifications
