Responsibilities
- Perform general office duties including data entry, filing, and answering multi-line telephones.
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including certified and express mail.
- Assist senior staff with preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Maintain accurate and organized electronic and physical filing systems.
- Coordinate meetings and schedule appointments for department leadership.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
