Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service to the public and state employees via phone, email, and in-person inquiries.
- Maintain and organize physical and digital filing systems to ensure easy accessibility of records.
- Process and verify incoming paperwork, forms, and documents for accuracy and completeness.
- Assist in the coordination of office activities and schedules for department leadership.
- Operate standard office equipment, including printers, scanners, and multi-line telephone systems.
- Prepare routine correspondence, memos, and reports as directed by supervisors.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED is required.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) is preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
