Responsibilities
- Receive, screen, and route incoming mail, faxes, and electronic correspondence to appropriate departments.
- Process applications, forms, and permits accurately and in compliance with state regulations.
- Answer general inquiries via phone and in person, directing complex issues to senior staff.
- Maintain and update digital and physical records with the highest level of precision.
- Assist the public with navigating office procedures and locating necessary resources.
- Prepare routine reports, memos, and correspondence as requested by supervisors.

Qualifications
