Responsibilities
- Analyze complex municipal legislation and regulatory frameworks
- Develop evidence-based policy recommendations for City Council
- Conduct quantitative/qualitative research using municipal datasets
- Coordinate interdepartmental task forces on strategic initiatives
- Present findings to elected officials and community stakeholders
- Manage $2M+ annual grant programs for city initiatives
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Public Policy, Urban Planning, or related field
- 5+ years government/public sector policy experience
- Advanced proficiency in SPSS, R, or SAS statistical software
- Philadelphia residency required within 6 months of hire
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license
- U.S. citizenship or permanent residency status
