Responsibilities
- Assist the public with inquiries regarding permits, licenses, and local ordinances.
- Process incoming documents and data with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Maintain and organize both physical and digital filing systems.
- Support senior staff with research, report preparation, and administrative scheduling.
- Operate standard office equipment including printers, scanners, and computers.
- Handle confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite) is preferred, but full training is provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
