Responsibilities
- General Office Support: Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and direct inquiries to the appropriate department efficiently.
- Data Entry: Input and maintain accurate records in our state database systems using Microsoft Office Suite.
- Document Processing: Review, file, and distribute important government documents and correspondence.
- Customer Assistance: Assist members of the public with basic inquiries and explain available government services.
- Inventory Management: Assist with the ordering and tracking of office supplies and equipment.
Qualifications
- Education: High School Diploma or GED required; equivalent work experience will be considered.
- Experience: No prior government experience required; entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy and proficiency with word processing software.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliability: Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
