Responsibilities
- Assist in the collection, cleaning, and formatting of government datasets using standard reporting tools.
- Generate and distribute weekly performance reports to stakeholders and government agencies.
- Monitor data entry systems to ensure strict compliance with federal and state privacy regulations.
- Conduct basic data audits to identify discrepancies or errors and rectify them immediately.
- Support the team in preparing documentation and responses for public records requests.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve data accessibility and reporting workflows.
- Maintain accurate records of all data handling activities for internal audits.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Information Technology, Statistics, or a related field is a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups) and Word.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting purposes.
- Ability to work independently and self-motivate in a fully remote environment.
- U.S. Citizenship is required for this government position.
